PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out forming by folding incapable of being carried out for a wood veneer wherein a short material is used as raw material, a processing loss and an odd material are prevented from being generated, good machinability and sanitary strength are provided, a veneer and a glued laminated veneer which are flexible foldable and adhesive under conditions of high temperature, high pressure and high humidity are obtained, and waste disposal is also excellent. SOLUTION: A veneer wherein biaxially oriented polylactate based biodegradable resin sheet is coated on a sheet material which is sliced by about 0.3 mm and not dried, and laminated at high temperature and under high pressure, is humidified and heated, and formed at about 200 deg.C and under about a pressure of 14 kg/cm2.
