PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent malfunction or breakage of electronic parts due to electrostatic discharge by removing reliably static electricity electrifying a pachinko ball. SOLUTION: A tank rail 14 dropping pachinko balls flowing out from a ball tank 13 is formed of a weak conductive resin whose surface specific resistance is 107 to 1014Ωpreferably 1010 to 1013Ω. By inserting a grounding sheet metal 17 between the tank rail 14 and a mechanism plate 12, the tank rail 14 and the grounding sheet metal 17 are made to electrically contact by a wide area, and a grounding wire 27 is connected electrically to the grounding sheet metal 17, whereby the entire tank rail 14 plays the role of a grounding member quickly making static electricity electrifying the pachinko ball flow, releasing gently static electricity electrifying the pachinko ball released from the tank rail 14 to the grounding sheet metal 17 to the grounding wire 27.
