PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such an inconvenience that a near-sighted person cannot view a mirror because it is too fan or gets tired because of requiring to bend and bring down the upper half body forward, when the near-sighted person makes up her or his face by removing spectacles. SOLUTION: In this washstand dressing table having a vertical mirror 1 for reflecting her or his face when a person is in a standing state, a vertical wall body 2 for installing the mirror and a body 3, a horizontally moving mechanism 4 of the mirror 1 is arranged between the mirror 1 and the vertical wall body 2. Thus, the mirror 1 can be horizontally moved to at least two positions of a first position near to the vertical wall body 2 and a second position near to her face. The horizontally moving mechanism 4 has a motive power means 6 controlled by a switch 5. The mirror 1 is desirably and automatically moved by this motive power.
