PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthetically grasp daily consumed calories by automatically totalizing the consumed calories of an athletic utensil and a pedometer. SOLUTION: A calorimeter comprises a human body impedance measuring means 110 for measuring a human body impedance, a personal data inputting means 120 for inputting a personal data such as sex, age, height and weight, a body fat ratio calculating means 130 for calculating an adipose ratio based on the body impedance and the personal data, a basic metabolic amount calculating means 140 for calculating a basic metabolic amount based on the personal data and the body fat ratio, a pedometer means 150 for measuring the number of walking, a walking consumption calory calculating means 160 for calculating the consumed calories for walking, an athletic amount inputting means 170 for inputting the amount of exercise measured by means of an athletic utensil into the calorimeter 1 through a serial interface, an athletic consumed calory calculating means 180 for calculating the consumed calories for exercise based on the inputted amount of exercise and the basic amount of metabolism, and a consumed calory adding means 190 for adding the consumed calories of the exercise to the consumed calories by walking. |
