<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a veneer-facing method and a pressing method wherein facing by a wood veneer on a material surface having a closed curved surface of a columnar body and the like can be carried out; when a plane material of a large area is to be faced and the like, a width-joining part of a facing material is finished naturally, and the method can be applied to a curved surface in order to realize them. SOLUTION: When a facing veneer is overlaid on a material surface, the facing material is deeply superimposed on a bonding part. After pressing and bonding, continuity of grain and its natural feeling are generated by grinding the superimposed part fuzzily. In the pressing and bonding at this time, an air bag and a high-tension sheet receiving its reaction are used. By allowing hydrostatic pressure to act on the air bag, a uniform pressure is allowed to act on a material surface having a complicated curved surface.</p> |
