MOLD FOR MOLDING PHENOL RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the continuous repeat of molding in a mold for molding a phenol resin of specifications in which a molding is demolded by rotating part of the mold. SOLUTION: In the mold 11 which is opened/closed on a parting line 10, a fixed cavity insert 12 and a rotary cavity insert 13 are made a mold member. The rotary cavity insert 13 rotates/slides around the fixed cavity insert 12 and moves forward/backward around the fixed cavity insert 12 while rotating/ sliding. A fluorocarbon resin film 2-5μm in tbickness is formed on the peripheral surface of the fixed cavity insert 12, and the clearance between it and the rotary cavity insert 13 rotating/sliding along the fixed cavity insert 13 is made to be 5-30μm.
