PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic instrument for medical care by which noises interfering telephone communication are decreased and necessary sound signals can be transmitted with high quality to an electro-sound transducer. SOLUTION: As the diagnostic instrument for medical care of the present invention is provided with an A/D converter 3 which converts electric signals from a microphone 1 to digital signals, a noise eliminating circuit 4 which eliminates a sound spectrum of the prestored noise source from a sound spectrum whose spectrum of a digital signal from the A/D converter 3 is analyzed on every specified time and a D/A converter 5 which performs an analogue conversion of a digital signal after elimination processing from the noise eliminating circuit 4 is performed and outputs this electric signal to a speaker 2, it is possible that the noises from the prestored noise source are eliminated from the sound signals collected in the microphone 1 to output the resulted sound to a speaker 2 and the noises interfering telephone communication are decreased and necessary sound signals are transmitted with high quality. |
