SOLUTION: In the garbage treatment apparatus, the garbage material to be treated 4 charged in a garbage treatment tank 1 is stirred by rotationally driving the stirring blades 9 provided in the garbage treatment tank 1 to decompose the garbage charged in the garbage treatment tank 1. A treatment material separation tank 3 becoming a secondary tank is provided so as to be adjacent to the garbage treatment tank 1 becoming a primary tank through a partition plate 2.
