PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the work for setting a material to be cleaned in equipment is difficult and procedures for setting the material at the tip part are very difficult, taking much time and labor. SOLUTION: This bedding cleaning device is equipped with a horizontal inner barrel 2 having a storage part 11 for the material to be cleaned W with a through hole 13 for hydroextraction, a rotary shaft 3 for supporting the center part of the inner barrel 2 and a horizontal outer barrel 1 for supporting the inner barrel 2 internally in a freely rotatable manner. In addition, an insertion aperture 12 for the material W, through which the material W is continuously inserted into the axial direction of the inner barrel 2 in such a way that the longer side of the material W is set sideways, is provided in the transverse direction of the storage part 11 for the material W. Further, an opening/ closing aperture 8, into which the material W is continuously inserted in the axial direction of the outer barrel 1, in such a way that the longer side of the material W is set sideways, is provided in the transverse direction of the outer barrel 1. Thus the material W can be easily inserted along its longer side leading the way by installing a keep member 17 for retaining the material W stored in a storage part 11 at the inner barrel 2, and the state where the material W is set in storage place inside can be easily checked.
