PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of the unpolished rice partition plate regulating lever of a shaking sorting type hulling sorter. SOLUTION: In the shaking sorting type hulling sorter equipped with a hulling part 1, a hulled falling rice winnowing part 2 and a shaking sorting part 3, a shaking switch 52 governing the shaking and stop of the shaking device of the shaking sorting part 3 is provided to the unpolished rice partition plate regulating lever 51 regulating the partitioning position of the unpolished rice partition plate 18 of the shaking sorting part 3. At the operation position of the unpolished rice partition plate regulating lever 51, the shaking of a shaking sorting plate 15 is stopped and the partitioning position of the unpolished rice partition plate 18 can be regulated while the sorting state on the stopped shaking sorting plate 15 is looked and even the aged can regulate the partitioning position of the unpolished rice partition plate 18 easily and accurately.
