PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament attaching device which can easily attach/ detach an ornament without damaging a fabric such as an apparel or a drapery to be attached. SOLUTION: This ornament attaching utensil comprises a fitting-in body 1 and a body 2 to be fitted in. In this case, for the fitting-in body 1, a plate form protuberance section 1b is projected on a base section 1a through a small diameter base section. For the body 2 to be fitted in, a peripheral wall section 2b, of which the opening end section becomes narrower inward, is formed on the periphery of a base section 2a. Then, the protuberance section 1b of the base section 1a can be fitted in the body 2 to be fitted in, under a state existing an approximately uniform gap of a degree wherein the thickness of an attaching objective ornament 3 and the thickness of the objective fabric 4 to be attached are added. A plurality of notches are provided with equal intervals on the peripheral wall section 2b of the body 2 to be fitted in.
