SOLUTION: This nutrient for mushroom culture is characterized in that the nutrient comprises a mixture of wheat bran and a nutrient material derived from at least one kind of agricultural product and has the ratio of (content ratio of starch/crude protein) of starch to protein in the mixture of 0.5-2.0.
