PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide concentration device equipped with a heat exchanger which can be integrated into one piece with concentration cells of a stack structure and easily separated and replaced with such advantages that the concentration cells are laminated in a multi-stage form and the equal distribution of a gas supply for treatment is achieved, and the intercell electric connection and sealing are certainly ensured, and further, an exhaust gas at a low temperature is preheated by an exhaust gas at a high temperature to be exhausted from the concentration cells. SOLUTION: The concentration cell 4 is structured of a cathode 2 and an anode 3 each of a flat plate shape, holding an electrolyte plate 1 between a plurality of conductive upper/lower separators 12, the cathode 2 and the anode 3 being stored between the upper and lower faces of each of the separators 12 and the electrolyte plate 1 being tightly held between the upper and the lower separators 12. The cells 4 are electrically connected to each other in series using the separators 12 to constitute a concentration stack 20. Further, the concentration stack 20 is equipped with a heat exchanger 14 fitted in a freely attachable/detachable manner through a gasket 17 and a return head 16 fitted likewise in an attachable/detachable manner through the gasket 17 on the opposite side of the stack 20.
