PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a small chip of wood from being filled into a notch part formed at a projection part of a roll of a tender rising apparatus without filling sponge rubber to be fixed. SOLUTION: Many notch parts 9b of which the angles become 80 deg. are formed in a projection parts-ranging direction at a radial tip part of the projection part 9 which is provided on a peripheral surface of the roll and pressure welded to a veneer.
