PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron charging apparatus constituted so as to supply negative ions to edible oil, or water in a closed container to especially prevent the oxidation of edible oil. SOLUTION: This electron charging apparatus is equipped with a plurality of hermetically closed containers 3, 4, 5, 6 through which a fluid to be treated passes successively, supply pipes 3a, 4a, 5a,6a being the closed flow channels for mutually connecting the containers 3-6, electrodes 8 arranged in the containers 3-6 to supply negative ions to the fluid to be treated and an electron generator 7 for applying a current to the electrodes 8 to generate electrons, and the fluid to be treated is prevented from the contact with air in the containers 3-6 and the supply pipes 3a-6a to suppress the oxidation of the fluid to be treated.
