PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the trouble that not only a printing mechanism part, but a printer control part carries out a reprinting process until the reprinting completes and consequently a data analysis/edition process being executed in the printer control part is temporarily interrupted because data once analyzed/edited in the printer control part is analyzed again or printing data stored in the printer control part is read out and transmitted again to the printing mechanism part to reprint the data in conventional printers. SOLUTION: A printing data storage is mounted in the printing mechanism part. Printing data transmitted from the printer control part is printed and stored simultaneously with the use of the printing data storage. The stored printing data is read out and printed when the data is to be reprinted. The printing data is also deleted from the printing data storage at a time point when a paper where the printing is carried out is completely discharged from the printer.
