PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure which provides a sitting person a stretching effect by additionally pressing the back waist of the sitting person, while retaining a stable sitting posture. SOLUTION: A backrest 2 is composed of at least three members of a neck support member 2a, a main backrest member 2b and a waist support member 2c. The main backrest member 2b is fixed onto a back support rod 5 and the neck support member 2a and the waist support member 2c are connected to the back support rod 5 by a swingable swing arm 4, when a sitting person pushes backward the neck support member 2a by the neck or the head, the waist support member 2c is pushed forward, stretching the waist of the sitting person.
