摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing mechanism of antibody specificity procuration of B-1 cell of an autoimmune mouse by creating a knock-in mouse inserted with a reporter gene in a genetic region encording RAG1. SOLUTION: This method comprises using a knock-in non-human mammal having a transfection gene where a reporter gene is inserted into a RAG1 gene.
