PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treatment and a method for preservation each useful for performing a method for synthesizing a nucleic acid, capable of directly amplifying the objective nucleic acid existing in a bio-originated sample without purification treatment. SOLUTION: This method comprises synthesizing a nucleic acid by mixing and reacting a bio-originated sample itself with a reaction solution for amplifying the nucleic acid and is characterized by that the sample is treated with a surfactant prior to the reaction to break solid components such as cells or bacteria containing the nucleic acid and the nucleic acid is homogeneously dispersed in the sample solution. |
