PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the load fluctuation generated in a press from being allowed to influence as the disturbance on other presses during the synchronous operation of a plurality of presses with the phase difference. SOLUTION: This synchronous drive control method after coupling a clutch in the press 100A comprises a step of detecting the actual speed of a motor, a step of detecting the actual rotational position of a drive shaft, a step of comparing the actual rotational position with the information on the reference rotational position from a reference rotational position generation unit 220A and correcting the information on the reference speed from a reference speed information generation unit 210A to the information on the reference speed specific to each press, and a step of controlling the drive of the motor based on the specific reference speed information and the actual speed. The information on the reference rotational position is shifted in terms of the phase difference in the press with the phase difference set by a phase difference unit. |
