PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calender roll capable of manufacturing a laminated sheet, especially, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet reduced in surface unevenness, that is, surface roughness and excellent in surface smoothness, and a method for manufacturing the laminated sheet. SOLUTION: In a calender roll C constituted of at least three rolls which roll a plastic material to form a plastic material sheet M to laminate the plastic material sheet M and a base material sheet 31 at a nip part P to form the laminated sheet 33, a pair of nip rolls constituting the nip part P inclusive of a holding plastic material sheet M before lamination are provided and a peeling roll 41 rotated in the same direction as the holding roll to peel the plastic material sheet M after lamination from the holding roll is arranged at the position behind the nip part in close vicinity to the holding roll.
