DEVICE FOR TREATING WASTE CATHODE-RAY TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the damage and the running cost of equipment to treat a waste cathode-ray tube while efficiently removing the applied material applied to a glass member of the waste cathode-ray tube. SOLUTION: The applied material is removed from glass cullet which is obtained by crushing the glass member on which the applied material remains in the applied state, as it is by agitating the glass cullet and powdery media in a drum 21 of an exfoliation unit 2 while refluxing them to rub the glass cullet and the powdery media against each other and the powdery media separated from the glass cullet are stored again in the drum.
