The method is carried out in a locally defined region, inside or outside of the system (1), and intensifying the excitation of the nuclear spin of the object under test. The system forms or has at least one passive resonant circuit, with an inductance (2) and a capacitance (3). The resonant frequency of the circuit is essentially the same as the resonant frequency of the irradiated high frequency radiation of the nuclear magnetic resonance system.
