PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a milk calcium composition having good dispersion properties and a good taste. SOLUTION: The whey including lactic acid and lactic acid ion is treated with the UF membrane or the NF membrane and the resultant percolate is adjusted in its pH to recover the slurry precipitate as the milk calcium. Then, the milk calcium is mixed with milk protein to provide the objective milk calcium composition having good dispersion properties and good taste.
