PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer for a food molding machine capable of uniformly stirring the food and smoothly conveying the food to be molded with a constant a weight by a screw conveyor to the molding machine. SOLUTION: This agitator has such a construction as to comprise rotatably setting a pair of agitating shafts 1 and 2 side by side, while being axially supported at the lower center in a casting hopper 10 for a moldable food (a), axially and spirally projecting a plurality of agitating bar 8 and 8x-s on the rear side in the conveying direction of the moldable food (a) with the conveyor 9 at outer periphery of both agitating shafts 1 and 2 with narrow intervals, and also axially and spirally projecting a plurality of agitating bar 8 and 8x-s on the front side in the conveying direction of the moldable food (a) with the conveyor 9 at outer periphery of both agitating shafts 1 and 2 with wide intervals. |
