PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form having a good forming product shape for mechani cally constructing a concrete structure having a high degree of difficulty. SOLUTION: The form 3 of a concrete structure automatic molding machine continuously molds a long-sized concrete structure of the same sectional shape by feeding while charging a ready mixed concrete in the form installed in a machine body. The form 3 comprises a pressure attenuating regulating plate 21a for attenuating a pressure of the ready mixed concrete and/or a pressure increasing regulating plate 21b or a variable pressure regulating pate 21c for enhancing the pressure of the mixed concrete, mounted at a necessary regulator at an inner wall of the form 3 by a pressure distribution analysis of the mixed concrete by a pressure sensor. Thus, a pressure when form released at an actually placing time in a construction site is reduced to thinerghborhood of '0', and the concrete structure having the good forming product shape can be manufactured.
