PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for compression molding in which modification to increasing in a gap at a sliding site caused by wear can be easily performed although sliding contact face of a frame mold to a core mold is constituted with an ultrahard liner material. SOLUTION: A frame mold 2 prepared by intersecting and assembling liner blocks 22a and 22b into a frame shape on the inside of a frame main body 21 through a spacer block 22c being more easily abrasive than the liner blocks, a butting mold 4 arranged on one side of top and bottom openings of the frame mold and a core mold 11 inserted into a frame-shaped liner block of the frame mold from the opening of the other side of the frame mold 2 are provided.
