PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire for, for example, gas shielded arc welding having excellent zinc primer resistant performance and low-temperature impact properties. SOLUTION: A metallic flux containing, by the total weight of the wire, 2 to 10% oxide of TiO2+SiO2+Al2O3 forming three-component slag, 0.1 to 1.0% at least >=1 kind from CaF2, NaF, K2SiF6, Na2SiF6 and KF which are metal fluorides, 0.1 to 0.25% metal Ti, 0.002 to 0.008% metal B and 5 to 20% iron-component, deoxidizing agent and arc stabilizer as other components is filled into a sheath made of mild steel.
