PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth rolling forming of a wheel body so as to obtain a good precision wheel body. SOLUTION: In a rolling apparatus 1 of a wheel body, which consists of a mandrel 2, in which a wheel body to be worked is fitted and a forming face to form its inner face is arranged, a forming roller 3 provided with the forming face to form an outer peripheral face of the wheel body fitted to the mandrel 2 and a pressing rollers 4 to press the mandrel 2 to a forming roller 3 side, and in which the wheel body is held by the mandrel 2 and the forming roller 3, by pressing the mandrel 2 by a pressure roller 4 to the forming roller 3 side, a wheel body stock is rolled, the pressure roller 4 is provided with outer wheel 8b, 8c through bearings 7b, 7c, 10b, 10c.
