<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method and a device therefor in a work preparing process of base materials for reducing labor of an operator in the work preparing process, shortening preparing time and preparing correct base materials for the input side of a cutting process. SOLUTION: The plural kinds of base materials 1 manufactured by a base material manufacturing part are warehoused and stored in a work factory in a preattached state of product cards 2 having bar codes for identifying the kinds of the base materials 1. Since a work base material 1 is selected and prepared for the input side a0 of the cutting work process A from the stored base materials 1 in the work preparing process E of the work factory, the codes of the product cards of the storing base materials 1 are read in order by a hand scanner 8 for prestoring the kinds of preparing base materials 1. When the base material 1 of the read product card 2 corresponds to the preparing base material 1, the hand scanner 8 informs the operator of the effect by voice.</p> |
