PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head provided with a chemical controlled-release function with a chemical packed in a cartridge which is not discharged into running water in excess when the shower is used and with the stabilized controlled-release of the chemical into the running water guaranteed. SOLUTION: The chemical controlled-release cartridge having a hard-material container packed with a water-soluble liquid chemical or a water-soluble chemical and an aqueous saturated solution of the chemical, a single opening formed in the container and a porous film covering the opening and the shower head are provided, and the cartridge with the opening communicated to the passage of the shower head is attached to the shower head.
