PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which excels in restoring performance and water absorbing and evaporating performance and provides clean feelings and a forest bathing effect and a pillow which does not cool the neck and the shoulders, reduces bad odor on it and holds the neck at the right height for a comfortable sleep. SOLUTION: The pillow comprising a bag and a stuffing material contained in the bag is provided with a neck support section and a back of the head support section and the neck support section is provided with a height adjustment section which makes neck support height variable. The height adjustment section, which makes the neck support height variable, comprises a string passage section, which is formed by stitching together the front and the back of an outer bag around the neck support section, a string which is inserted through the string passage section and a stopper to stop the movement of the string with the end of the string inserted into it. Inside the bags for the neck support section and the back of the head support section there is contained a stuffing material which is a mixture of loofah fibers, which has high air permeability, high water absorbing and evaporating performance and strong restoring strength, and Japanese cypress chips which repel harmful insects such as ticks.
