PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a integrated management system and method for chemical substance, capable of easily judging whether a used compound is a management substance. SOLUTION: With respect to chemical substances listed as compounds among the chemical substances listed in a management substance data base in the chemical substance integrated management system, a compound data base of the compounds is provided and this compound data base is used to judge whether a used compound is a management substance.
