<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems heretofore that metals, heavy metals and various kinds of compounds of them containing incineration ash, fly ash, dust, dust ash and the like are not recovered but thrown away by the cement petrification as they are, and to recover them by introducing the incineration ash, fly ash and dust containing the metals and heavy metals into a temperature rising device to raise the temperature of them, cooling gas generated in the above process in the multiple stages step by step and separating the metals, heavy metals and various kinds of compounds of them or setting, solidifying and separating them. SOLUTION: The metals, heavy metals of various kinds of compounds of them are respectively separated and set or solidified by a multi-stage cooling device or a multi-stage constant temperature cooling device out of gases generated when the incineration ash, fly ash or dust containing the metals, heavy metals or various kinds of compounds of them are melted in the temperature rising device and then separated and recovered to contribute to the recycling.</p> |
