PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly taking out bulk works in a pallet by using a robot. SOLUTION: The pallet 3 having at least the bottom part constituted of a translucent mesh member is prepared, and a camera 7 and a light source 6 are arranged above and below the pallet 3 so as to be faced to each other. A shadow of a work 5 is photographed from the opposite side of the light source 6 across the work 5 in the pallet 3 by the camera 7. When taking-out for works is proceeded to finally zero, that is detected from disappearance of a work shadow area or a dark part area in an image pick-up screen of the camera 7, and work taking-out work by a magnet hand 2 of the robot is finished.
