PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple apparatus having the function for floating and separating fine inclusions with the swirl flow by generating the horizontal swirl flow into molten metal. SOLUTION: (1) In a vessel for holding the molten metal, constituted of a first vessel and a second vessel communicating with the first vessel, an inclining plate is arranged at the lower part of the first vessel and a supplying pipe for supplying the molten metal is disposed at the upper part of this inclining plate.
