PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a large quantity of electrolytic water by continuously operating a relatively small type electrolytic water producer installed in a limited space without enlarging the producer. SOLUTION: The electrolytic water producer consists of a producer main body 1, and a water softener 70 disposed separately from the producer main body 1 and softening raw water from the outside to feed it to an electrolytic bath 10. The water softener 70 is provided with a salt water yank 75 for water softener, storing the salt water for regenerating an ion exchange filter in which a large quantity of preliminarily charged salt is dissolved into raw water fed from the outside, and a salt water quantity maintaining means for maintaining the salt water more than a specified quantity in the inside of the salt water tank 75 for water softener, and the salt water tank 75 for water softener is used as a feed source of the salt water.
