PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating liquid infiltrating device which enables reduction in treating time and saving of treating liquid by increasing infiltration efficiency of the treating liquid and which is made small-sized at low cost. SOLUTION: In the device 1 which is provided with a liquid vessel 5 having a supply port and a discharge port and a means 7 for placing a textile product 9 between the supply port and the discharge port in the liquid vessel and is for infiltrating the treating liquid into the textile product 9 by passing the treating liquid from the supply port to the discharge port, an ultrasonic vibrator transducer 3 is mounted nearer the supply port side than the textile product 9 in the liquid vessel.
