PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a mixer, and to fix elements by the attraction force of a magnet so as to be connected to each other without requiring connecting fittings. SOLUTION: A strong magnetic field is applied to a fluid passage of each of the elements for diffusion 7 and aggregation 7' in a static fluid mixer 1, thereby activating gas, liquid, mixtures, and the like that pass through the magnetic field.
