PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill device of which the cost is low, and which is excellent in electric decorating property and has a high appealing property, and a pachinko game machine for which such a windmill device is provided. SOLUTION: This windmill device for a pachinko game machine comprises a rotating body, an attaching base and a lamp base. In this case, the rotating body rotates when a dropping game ball comes into contact with the rotating body. The attaching base rotatably supports the rotating body, and attaches the rotating body to a game panel. The lamp base is built in the attaching base, and to which a light source is attached. In such a windmill device, the rotating body comprises a decorative disk 1, a disk-attaching section 21 which attaches the decorative disk 1, and a rotating main body 2 having a body section 22 which continues from the disk-attaching section 21, and on the peripheral surface of which rotating blades 23a, 23b and 23c are projected.
