PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both an apparatus for simultaneously transporting powder and a solid material, capable of always sending out the powder and the solid material to an outlet side while properly mixing the powder with the solid material without damaging the solid material and causing retention of the powder even when the solid material like cut chicken is relatively large and liable to be destroyed and an apparatus for sprinkling powder on a food, equipped with the transportation apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus for sprinkling powder on a food has a rotating drum B for sprinkling powder on a food by feeding the food P and the powder to the inside and rotating the drum and a spiral linear member 25A wound and fixed to the internal circumference of the drum of the drum and is equipped with a vibration generating means 80 for artificially vibrating the rotating drum. |
