PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma decomposition treatment apparatus generating no electrolytic concentration and making a reaction container compact. SOLUTION: The plasma decomposition treatment apparatus is constituted of a wire electrode 11, cylindrical electrode 12 arranged around the wire electrode 11 and a potential difference applying means (ultrashort pulse) 13 applying potential difference across the wire electrode 11 and the cylindrical electrode 12, and provided with a dielectric inner cylinder 21 arranged in the cylindrical electrode 12 over the axial direction thereof and a plurality of ferroelectric rings 22 arranged between the dielectric inner cylinder 21 and the cylindrical electrode 12 and gas 23 to be treated such as exhaust gas, or the like, is subjected to plasma decomposition treatment. |
