PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner which is constituted to make the odorous components and harmful components desorbed from an adsorption rotor (10) odorless and non-polluting by a catalyst (19) while rotating the adsorption rotor (10) and successively heating and regenerating the respective parts in a circumferential direction by means of an electric heater (18) and which is capable of moving the odorous components and harmful components desorbed from the adsorption rotor (10) toward the side of the catalyst (19) and is thereby capable of easily enhancing the regeneration efficiency of the adsorption rotor (10) without entailing the upsizing and the complication of the structure of the device. SOLUTION: This device is constituted by inclining the adsorption rotor (10) and arranging the electric heater (18) on the under surface thereof or the catalyst (19) on the top surface side thereof, respectively in such a manner that the odorous components and harmful components desorbed from the adsorption rotor (10) are carried toward the catalyst (19) by the ascending air flow generated naturally around the electric heater (18). |
