PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for an electromotive cooker with an improved sharpness, durability and a reduced unbalanced vibration. SOLUTION: Durability of a blade 9 is improved with about HV 400-HV 450 by providing a number of cut and pulled up blades 9 of nearly triangular pyramid shape by plastic forming on a cutter plate 8 of a titanium alloy. As the specific weight of the titanium alloy is about 60% of stainless steel, the weight of the high-velocity revolution cutter is reduced to decrease unbalanced weight and unbalanced vibration.
