PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water and oil absorbing tray eliminating necessity for separately preparing a water absorbable sheet to lay the same and capable of being subjected to incineration treatment, and a water and oil absorbable laminate capable of being suitably adapted to the water and oil absorbing tray. SOLUTION: The water and oil absorbable laminate 1 has cardboard 2, the water and oil absorbing paper 4 laminated on the cardboard 2 through a laminating layer 3 comprising a polyolefinic resin, and the porous polyolefin film layer 6 provided on the water and oil absorbing paper 4. The water and oil absorbing tray is manufactured by molding the water and oil absorbable laminate 1.
