PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the troublesome replacing work of a resin solution jet nozzle and to simply regulate a leap over a wide range while holding excellent workability. SOLUTION: The ring-shaped attaching member 20 externally fitted to and mounted on the mixed resin solution discharge part 2a of a mixing head is provided and a flexible tube 4 permitting the mixed resin solution from the mixing head to flow is inserted in the attaching member 20 to be attached thereto and an operation part B for supporting a plurality of rod-shaped members 21 along the longitudinal direction of the tube 4 on the attaching member 20 in a cantilevered state so as to disperse them along the tube 4 and pressing the leading ends of the rod-shaped members 21 to the tube 4 to narrow down them on the downstream side in the mixed resin solution flow direction of the tube 4 is provided.
