PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance welding machine by which a work is uniformly pressed without generating the distribution of a pressure force, a resistance value in a weld boundary is made constant and the uniform distribution of welding strength can be obtained when an electrode has been set with a deviation in a position or with an inclination to the work. SOLUTION: In the resistance welding machine equipped with an electrode 19 being in press-contact with the work 18 and a press member 30 giving a press load to the electrode, the above electrode 19 is mounted through an elastic material 28 to the press member 30.
