PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of moving respective dies to a next production position while feeding materials and completing preparation by changing a cutting position with a mandrel/cutting knife when manufacturing various products having a different coil diameter in a coil spring forming machine to manufacture a coil spring. SOLUTION: A mandrel, which is fixedly arranged between a tip mouth of a wire guide and a bending die, and respective mounting parts of a cutting knife to cut a coiled coil from a succeeding wire while butting the mandrel are set to be freely slidable up/down, these respective mounting parts are automated interlocked with a servo motor by NC control.
