PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by making dies of all stations rotatable on a turret in a turret punch press. SOLUTION: A punch rotation apparatus 100 is mounted to an upper frame 1, a die rotation apparatus 200 to a lower frame 15 and rotation bushings 300, 400 to a punch P and a die D. The punch rotation apparatus 100, in the state that a desired punch P is selected on an upper turret 6 and is engaged with the punch rotation bushing 300 and the punch rotation bushing 300 is accompanied with the punch P, is rotated by an arbitrary angle and then fixed. The die rotation apparatus 200, in the state that a desired die D is selected on an lower turret 7 and is engaged with the rotation bushing 400 and the die rotation bushing 400 accompanied by the die D, is rotated by an arbitrary angle and then fixed.
