PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme-measuring method capable of simultaneously measuring concentrations of two or more kinds of enzymes. SOLUTION: This method for measuring concentrations of one or two or more kinds of enzymes in a sample solution to be measured is characterized by carrying an anti-enzymatic antibody against each enzyme on a specific site of a carrier, adding the sample solution to be measured to the carrier, each capturing the corresponding enzyme in the sample solution to be measured and adding an enzymatic reaction solution containing at least a substrate corresponding to each enzyme thereto to produce each enzymatic reaction product and analyzing each enzymatic reaction product to measure concentration of each enzyme.
